About these terms
IdleGrid is a project developing a distributed compute platform. These terms cover this informational website and the email enquiry process. The public website currently provides product information and a way to contact the project team.
Enquiries and early access
The interest form prepares a draft in your email app. You must review and send the message yourself; the website does not send it automatically. Opening a draft does not confirm that we have received your enquiry.
Sending an enquiry does not create an account, reserve GPU capacity, guarantee early access, or form an agreement to buy or provide compute services. We will discuss any next steps with you separately.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, distribute malicious code, or use our contact channels for spam, impersonation, or unlawful content.
Website materials
The website's text, graphics, and branding belong to their respective rights holders. You may browse and share links to the website. Any other use must respect applicable law and the rights holder's permission. Where material has a separate licence, including an open-source licence, that licence applies. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.
External services and privacy
Links to external websites and your email app take you to services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle enquiries you send us.
Future platform services
If we offer compute access, GPU provider participation, or paid services, the applicable service terms, prices, and other conditions will be provided separately before you enter an agreement. Website diagrams and descriptions explain the product concept; they are not a booking or a service-level commitment.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms as the website or services develop. We will publish the updated terms and date on this page. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separate agreement you have already made with us, and these terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
